ByBox has launched a seven day a week network, that it reckons is a first in the logistics sector.
The entire business function will now run every day of the week. This will allow increased deliveries and collections, faster returns over the weekend, reduction of same day costs, reduced inventory holding, and reduce requirements for calling stock out of a Forward Stock Location.
It will also provide engineering services, technical couriers, and the customer support centre will also be operational 7 days a week.
Bybox expects take-up from sectors that require technical support out of usual business hours, such as retail, in which Sunday is an important working day.
