Argo International Forwarders has selected RedPrairie’s warehouse management system to replace the a manual stock card and spreadsheet system.
Argo, the Singapore-based forwarder, said sales had risen six-fold since 2008. President and general manager Efren P Zoleta, Jr, said: “We will consider warehouse management to be our primary tool in directing all our warehousing resources, including both equipment tasks and processes.”
ARGO is expecting to have the system implemented before the end of 2010. The company will use warehouse management for all of its core business processes, including warehouse operation, freight forwarding, and global distribution.
