Widdowson has won UK logistics contracts for two companies, SwissPrimePack and Asia UK Trading.
SwissPrimePack manufactures vending machine products in Switzerland which are delivered to the Widdowson warehouse in Leicester.
Managing director of SwissPrimePack Lisa Perry said: “It is essential that the operational staff adhere to strict handling and storage guidelines when dealing with these products which must leave the warehouse in the same clean, undamaged condition as when it arrived.”
Asia UK is a FMCG business based in Middlesex that sources foods from around the world for the high street discount sector. It required a 3PL to provide more warehouse capacity for its increasing product lines.
