Alim joins Westbury Street as supply chain director
Hospitality and catering conglomerate Westbury Street Holdings has taken on Anil Alim as supply chain director.
He will be responsible for developing relationships with Westbury’s 1,600 supply partners from individual farmers to industry bodies and associations.
Alim has spent 20 years working both on the supplier and buyer sides of procurement, and has wide experience in the hospitality, food retail, retail and business services sectors. Until the end of December he was European purchasing director for European office products wholesaler, Spicers.
Suckling Transport appoints new director
Suckling Transport has appointed Alan Dodson as a director.
He joined the firm as financial controller in 2002.
Kynaston joins Oliver Wight
Oliver Wight has taken on Dawn Kynaston, the fourth new consultant to join the firm since April last year.
Kynaston has over twenty years experience in global Supply Chain and ERP management, and has worked extensively in Europe, the Americas and Asia.
She previously worked for speciality chemical manufacturer, Flexsys, where she held a number of senior positions global IT manager and supply chain manager. She worked on the company’s Oliver Wight global class A project and designed the processes for its integrated business planning (advanced S&OP) implementation.
Koch moves to AA as director of cargo sales
American Airlines Cargo division has appointed Tristan Koch as managing director of cargo sales for Europe and the Middle East.
He will be based at Heathrow, where he will oversee the airline’s regional offices and GSA operations.
Koch comes to AA Cargo from British Airways World Cargo, where he served in a variety of senior positions, most recently as key global account manager. During his 11-year-career with BAWC, he also served as sales manager for the UK and Ireland, as alliance development manager, and as a business analyst, specialising in interline partnerships and business restructuring.
Prior to BAWC, Koch worked for the UK Department of the Environment as a policy advisor.

ByBox hires security director
Field services provider ByBox has hired Peter Wilkins as its director of security.
Wilkins has some twenty years experience at a senior level in the commercial security sector, and has worked with the London Metropolitan Police, Sainsbury’s, MFI, Unipart and DHL.
Wilkins’ role will involve the new service myByBox, which allows consumers to receive personal deliveries.
Product marketing manager for Linde
Linde Material Handling has appointed Alex Jones product marketing manager.
Jones joins the head office team in Basingstoke from Nissan Motor GB in Maple Cross.
He has over 15 years marketing experience across a variety of industry sectors including automotive, airlines and chemicals.
In his new role at Linde, Alex will be responsible for developing and implementing product strategies to grow Linde’s UK market position in new forklift truck sales.

His considerable marketing expertise will greatly assist us in continuing to expand and grow our UK material handling operation.”
Taylor becomes Volvo’s London aftermarket director
Martin Taylor has become the aftermarket director at Volvo Truck and Bus Centre London, one of the busiest regions in the Volvo network with ten Dealerpoints.
He comes to the role with worldwide aftermarket development experience with Unipart and Pattonair, the aerospace and defence supply chain management company.
