By wpengineEuropa Worldwide Logistics has signed a build-to-suit agreement with developer ProLogis for a 155,000 sq ft warehouse at ProLogis Park Midpoint in the West Midlands.
The building will serve as the company’s West Midlands operations’ centre. This is ProLogis’s fifth build to suit deal in the UK in the past 12 months.
