Future Products, a manufacturer of windows, door and conservatories has taken automated delivery route planning software from Paragon Software Systems.
The firm has opted for the software to boost customer service, improve reliability and reduce operational costs by saving time spent on manually planning deliveries.
The Nottinghamshire-based business, supplies trade customers throughout England and the south of Scotland, operating from three depots. It plans to use the software to strategically plan the sites of three new depots, and to investigate the feasibility of extending its delivery capability to other parts of the UK.
