By wpengineWincanton is investing in a dedicated training and development programme for more than 1600 of its drivers and warehouse employees across the country.
The firm has appointed SWA to work with its staff to achieve a range of qualifications ranging from Driving Goods Vehicles, warehousing and storage and performing manufacturing operations.
The programme will start this month and will continue through to July 2011.
