Toy manufacturer Mattel has renewed its 1999 contract with Wincanton for UK distribution for another six years.
Wincanton delivers co-packing and product manipulation services to a range of Mattel products at its Corby distribution centre and oversees distribution to retailers.
David Rhodes, northern European supply chain director at Mattel said: “This site is the hub for all of our products for this market, and Wincanton’s ability to handle peaks in activity over the Christmas trading period is crucial to our business.”
