John Lewis has just successfully completed the first real Christmas peak of its new multi-channel logistics centre at Milton Keynes – and learned some valuable lessons along the way. John Munnelly, general manager of the site will explain the retailer’s approach to designing and implementing the facility at the Logistics Link South Conference next week.
