By wpengineColliers and CBRE are joint letting agents on the second phase of IM Properties Birch Coppice Business park scheme in Warwickshire.
The first phase of the 400-acre development has been completed, with the second having received outline planning permission for up to 2 million sq ft of space.
The two agents will work alongside Eagleton & Co, which has represented IM on the scheme since its inception.
