By wpengineEuropa Worldwide Logistics has signed a build to suit deal for a warehouse at ProLogis’ ProLogis Park Midpoint in the West Midlands.
The 155,000 sq ft cross docked facility will allow the company to expand its presence in the region and will create 70 jobs.
This is the second successful cooperation between ProLogis and Europa following a previous deal at Grange Park, Northampton, five years ago.
