Print company Polestar has awarded a five-year contract to ERIKS Integrated Solutions for the outsourcing of its MRO procurement and stores management activity at its five largest sites in the UK.
The new contract ERIKS will contribute value-added services such as stores management techniques, technical innovations, inventory reduction and critical spares sharing.
Karen Caruso, group purchasing director at Polestar, said: “We were looking to move away from the traditional customer/supplier relationship and enter into a long-term partnership with a business that could clearly demonstrate a good track record in this field.”
