Gefco, the PSA Peugeot Citroen logistics business, return to pre-recession sales levels last year with turnover up 16 per cent to 3.4bn euros. Operating income was 198m euros – 5.9 per cent of turnover.
Turnover generated through major manufacturers increased to 1.2bn euros in 2010, up 16.3 per cent year on year.
The group is focusing on international development with emphasis on Central and Eastern Europe and Asia. The aim is to reach turnover of 5.2bn euros by 2015 with an operating margin of 5.5 per cent.
