Muse Developments has announced a new £33m phase of ‘green’ speculative development at Eurocentral Business Park.
The move follows the completion of the £21.2m Plot F development at Eurocentral in November, which brought two modern, energy efficient facilities known as ‘Zenith’ and ‘Pinnacle’ to the market at the end of last year.
The latest phase of development will see two further distribution/ production units built on the remaining land on Plot F. The two new units will be called ‘Vertex’, measuring 128,537 sq ft and ‘Apex’, which will be 71,419 sq ft. Both facilities have been designed with maximum flexibility.
In common with the first phase, the new units will be built to BREEAM Very Good standard and will incorporate the latest in energy efficient design. They will be cross docked and will have 12m eaves, dock levellers ground level access doors and generous car parking.
Work will start shortly with completion by the end of 2011.
