The 232,000 sq ft building boasts 20 dock and 2 level access doors, 12m eaves and a Very Good BREEAM rating.
Letting agents King Sturge, GVA and Littler Young acted on behalf of the fund manager and are marketing the remaining R2 unit totalling 199,00 sq ft either for sale or to let at a rent of £4.75 per sq ft.
Conair plans to use the facility as a distribution hub for its health and beauty products and kitchen and electronic appliances.
