King Sturge has sold Unit 3 at Faverdale East Business Park in Darlington, leaving only one unit remaining. The 20,000 sq ft unit was taken by Tekmar. Faverdale consists of 190,000 sq ft of speculative industrial and distribution space, developed by Easter.
