Chalcroft Construction has completed work on a 60,277 sq ft high bay warehouse at Swansea for Macmillan Distribution.
Work included demolishing the existing unit, installing new concrete piles, ground beams, pile caps, suspended floor slab, steel work, cladding, sprinklers, LPG heating system and electrical works.
This project follows Chalcroft’s construction of a new 140,000 sq ft warehouse and office facility, and re-cladding the remaining buildings for Macmillan.
Macmillan Distribution covers distribution for Macmillan Publishing, and some 40 third-party publishers.
