Peter Edwards, Group chief information officer, GAME Stores Group will be the first speaker for this year’s Retail Systems Forum 2011.
He will give an overview of some of the key components necessary to deliver an IT strategy which focuses on today’s multichannel shopper, whether in-store, online, via their mobile or through a combination of click and collect.
This year’s Retail Systems Forum 2011, will be held on 18th May 2011, at the Microsoft Conference Centre in Reading, Berkshire.
