FedEx Express is launching temperature sensitive, healthcare supply chain services across Europe, the Middle East, Indian sub-continent and Africa.
The packaging solutions and distribution models are designed to help healthcare companies with freight management as they expand their operations into new global territories.
Its temperature controlled shipping offers a broad dry ice capability, with re-icing at major hubs and ramps in the region.
FedEx is also offering thermally mapped vehicles and aircraft, temperature controlled packaging, and greener technologies for cold chain solutions.
The delivery firm also has a dangerous goods network with administrators, instructors and handlers, qualified to handle a range of goods including infectious substances.
