The second round of the SCALA Fresh Connection competition was won by the team from Müller Dairies, followed by a team from Mars UK.
Müller achieved a significant improvement, and took the virtual company from a negative ROI of -5 per cent to almost breaking even.
The competition will culminate in a live final and debate at Wroxall Abbey, Warwickshire in July. The winning team will be flown to Pisa, Italy to take part in the international final.
