Belgrade Insulations has moved its HQ and distribution facility from Wellingbrough to Gildersome Spur in Morely Leeds.
The privately owned distributor of insulation and drywall systems has taken a unit of 20,106 sq. ft on a ten-year lease as the location for its new headquarters, while manufacturing will continue in Wellingborough where the company has been trading for the past 35 years.
DTZ has also let space at Gildersome Spur to DHL, which has taken a unit of circa 11,000 sq. ft, while CD (UK) Ltd/Avante Bathrooms have expanded on the estate, taking a further 22,000 sq. ft.
The letting agents for the estate are DTZ and Carter Towler.
