A 3-acre site near Crediton in mid Devon with nearly 80,000 sq ft of warehousing space is for sale through agents Stratton Creber Commercial.
The former Milk Link site on the Lords Meadow Industrial Estate, Crediton’s main employment estate, is being offered with vacant possession following the transfer of Milk Link’s operations to North Tawton later this year.
The site comprises a number of warehouse buildings dating from the 1980’s and 90’s with 5.2 m – 6m eaves. The site is for sale at £1.6 million or for rent at £170,000 a year.
