Doncaster planners are set to give the go ahead for a warehouse site to be sold for retail development.
Owner Catesby Property Group has spent three years marketing the site at First Point to no avail and has submitted plans for a change of use to include 255-space park and ride, supermarket and workspace building, which would provide offices for small businesses on a managed basis. It is expected that 530 jobs could be created.
