American engineering firm Thetford is taking a pre-let of 83,000 sq ft at St Paul Development’s Brookfields Park in Rotherham.
It has secured a 17-year lease on an undisclosed rent. The construction of the manufacturing facility and offices will be completed in December 2011 with Thetford due to take occupation shortly after.
The remaining plots at the 85-acre Brookfields scheme can accommodate around 100,000 sq ft of bespoke industrial/warehouse or office accommodation.
