According to CBRE’s latest UK Logistics MarketView the availability of logistics buildings over 100,000 sq ft dropped 28 per cent in the last 12 months.
Additionally, there is only one modern warehouse that could accommodate a requirement of over 500,000 sq ft under a single roof: Crackerjack in Corby.
Smaller buildings at SIRFT in Sheffield and Max in Bathgate can be combined to provide warehouse space of up to 650,000 sq ft.
