CCF, part of Travis Perkins, has taken on Jade’s Jump software to gain real-time visibility of its deliveries.
Kieran Griffin, managing director at CCF, said: “Jump now allows us to provide our customers with real-time delivery details and electronic proof of delivery which is geo-tagged, date and time stamped.”
Travis Perkins is looking to roll out the CCF system across its other companies. “The core solution will remain the same, however, the Jump software platform will allow us to tailor it as necessary to accommodate the specific mobility requirements of our various businesses,” said Griffin.
Jade supplied and configured Motorola MC75 rugged mobile computers and Intermec PB51 mobile printers. It installed the hardware in-cab and continues to provide a service and support contract.
