Specialist cleaning company Holchem has paid £2.5 million for a 92,326 sq ft warehouse, situated on the M66 Trading Estate in Bury.
The property known as Gateway House was sold by DTZ Investment Management. Property agent Anthony O’Keefe of DTZ, which advised on the sale, said: “This sale reflects the continued strength of the industrial sector within the North West region.”
The self-contained site offers Holchem a combination of warehouse, office and storage space with transport links to the nearby motorway network.
