BAE Systems has awarded a seven year procurement contract worth $800m (£486m), to technology services provider Xchanging.
Under the contract Xchanging will provide indirect sourcing and supply chain management across most categories of indirect goods and services including information technology, transport, contract labour, industrial supplies and services.
Xchanging will also provide procurement management including reporting, supplier and contract management.
The contract runs up to July 2018 with an option to extend for an additional three years by mutual agreement.
