Cheshire-based family-run furniture company Allen & Appleyard has taken Aviva Investors 16,196 sq ft warehouse known as Unit 3 at Taurus Park, Europa Boulevard in Warrington.
The building which will act as the company’s new distribution hub was taken on a ten-year lease at a rent of £85,000 a year equating to £5.25 per sq ft. The company is relocating from Knutsford.
