Power and automation technologies specialist ABB has taken a 28,000 sq ft warehouse at selected IM Properties’ Hams Hall National Distribution Park to create a new Midlands distribution hub.
The company has signed a ten-year lease for Hams 28 at the development in Coleshill, Warwickshire. The high bay warehouse with dock level loading includes 2,796 sq ft of office accommodation, plus a 50m secure service yard to the rear.
