By wpengineTopgrade Sportswear has acquired Unit 2 at IM Properties’ Calver Quay scheme in Warrington.
The company has taken the 44,500 sq ft warehouse for a five-year term. The unit which has been taken in addition to its existing warehouse in nearby Birchwood and will enable the company to continue their expansion plans.
