Expert Logistics, a subsidiary of online kitchen appliance specialist DRL Holdings, has taken ProLogis’ 360,000 sq ft ProLogis Crewe 360 warehouse in Crewe.
“The company is currently operating from a number of smaller buildings, so the move to Prologis Crewe 360 will allow us to consolidate our distribution operations under one roof,” said Dave Ashwell, managing director of Expert Logistics. “This building is ideally suited to our business, since it gives us immediate access to the motorway network, and its environmental credentials mean that it will be cost-effective to operate.”

Export Logistics specialises in two man home delivery of white and brown goods.
The building is located at Weston Road, Crewe close to Junctions 16 and 17 of the M6 motorway. Prologis Crewe 360 is a state-of the-art distribution center that has achieved BREEAM “Excellent” accreditation, as well as an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) “A” rating, indicating low carbon emissions and excellent energy efficiency. The agents for Prologis were North Rae Sanders, CBRE and Lamont, while Savills acted for Expert Logistics.
