Reward and recognition are fundamental benefits of entering the European Supply Chain Excellence Awards. Leading companies have found that by being involved in Europe”s top awards scheme, they have gained considerable benefits in terms of internal team building, management recognition and a feeling of pride in their organisation. Past winners have been keen to point out the many advantages of being judged to be excellent in supply chain management, such as – positioning with the competition, kudos with customers, credibility with suppliers, a focus on excellence and team building.
These are all tangible benefits of entering the Awards and are in addition to the considerable insight the Awards scheme can offer your company through the benchmarking entry process.
For the third year now leading supply chain management consultants, PRTM will be partnering Supply Chain Standard on the Awards judging process. For entrants, this means the chance to gain an expert external assessment and feedback on your supply chain.

Seeking out supply chains of meritIt is becoming increasingly clear that leading companies are developing and implementing supply chain strategies that deliver competitive advantage. As globalisation accelerates, structural shifts in supply chains are required to remain competitive in traditional markets or to successfully enter new markets. This places enormous pressure on supply chain structures, processes and systems to deliver what the customer wants – when they want it – at a competitive cost. PRTM is delighted to partner with Supply Chain Standard for a third year on the European Supply Chain Excellence Awards. We continue to seek out and recognise organisations that have transformed their supply chains to deliver competitive advantage. So what does it take to be an award winner? Do you think you have an outstanding supply chain but no way of comparing against other leading companies in your sector or beyond? Finding answers to these questions couldn”t be simpler. Registering on the Awards website will give you access to a short number of qualitative questions designed to start the process of revealing why your organisation might be a winner. All submissions will be kept strictly confidential so click on the website to begin the process and the best of luck.” Gordon Colborn, Director, PRTM
