Konecranes has chosen Syncron’s global inventory management system, and its global price management tool.
The Syncron applications will be integrated with Konecranes’ SAP systems, and should help Konecranes eliminate excess and obsolete inventory and delivers effective price strategies.
Juha Pankakoski, vice president and head of business unit parts at Konecranes, said: “Creating one single integrated system for parts planning and pricing enables us to effectively optimize inventory levels and raise customer service to ensure parts are available and correctly priced across each sales channel and in each market that we support.”
