DHL has taken a 150,000 sq ft warehouse, known as The Den@Foxhills Industrial Estate in Scunthorpe,.
It has secured a long term lease on the facility which is located on Lysaghts Way in the north of Scunthorpe, between the container port of Immingham and the M181 and M180 motorways, with easy access to the M18 and the M62.
Owen Holder, partner in charge of industrial property at Knight Frank in Leeds, said: “This is a very significant deal, completed in challenging conditions for the property industry. It underlines that deals can be done provided the price, the premises and the location are right”.
