Goodman UK has appointed Charles Crossland managing director of its UK Logistics business reporting directly to group chief executive Greg Goodman.
Crossland has been with the business since 2005 and was previously development director. He replaces Graham Pardoe who is leaving the business.
Jim Johnston has been promoted to construction director and will replace Richard Smallman who has decided to retire in early 2012.
Jason Harris has been appointed as commercial director and Rob Salerno, currently director property services, continental Europe will transition into a role supporting the UK Logistics team.
Goodman has appointed Nigel Dolan development manager. He previously worked for Gazeley.
Before joining Goodman, Crossland was a partner at Strutt & Parker in its industrial agency department.
