Office equipment supplier OfficeMax has turned to RedPrairie’s Enterprise Workforce Management to manage its workforce.
The software handles time and attendance, forecasting, scheduling, labour standards, execution management and learning management.
It is using the software at three customer fulfilment centres – Chicago, Washington, DC and San Francisco. The Orlando CFC is currently in the process of implementing it.
“OfficeMax wants to continue to enhance its ability to forecast, schedule and manage labour to ensure that the right people are available at the right time across the enterprise to meet customer expectations,” said Larry Hartley, senior vice president, supply chain at OfficeMax.
