The latest phase of speculative development has been completed at Eurocentral Business Park on the A8/M8 motorway in Scotland by Muse Developments.
For this phase Muse built two larger units, Vertex which is 129,183 sq ft and Apex which is 71,576 sq ft, built on the remaining Plot F site.
Steve Turner, regional director Scotland for Muse, said: “Since construction commenced in March of this year, the market has shifted gear again and companies are more actively and purposefully looking at opportunities that will offer them competitive terms for a high specification unit with low and quantifiable running costs.
