By wpengineEddie Stobart has paid in the region of £15 million for developer Gazeley’s 275,534 sq ft Solar warehouse at Magna Park near Lutterworth.
The building boasts a 15m eaves height and 50kn/sqm floor loading. It has 24 dock and two level access doors and is set on a 14-acre site.
Joint letting agents were CBRE and Colliers.
