Exton Estates and LaSalle Asset Management are submitting plans for a 30 acre site in Crawley, West Sussex which could take a mega shed of 500,000 sq ft.
The former GlaxoSmithKline Manor Royal site was bought for £9 million in October 2011.
James Mawson, director, Exton Estates said, “We are intending to demolish the existing buildings immediately, submit planning by the end of the year and seek pre-lets for large units in 2012.”
The scheme will be known as Principal Park.
GSK was advised by Jones Lang LaSalle. Dowley Turner Real Estate and Gerald Eve acted for LaSalle and have been retained as joint letting agents.
