By wpengineA judicial review requested by a local parish council could delay the development of Amazon’s’ 1.2 million sq ft mega shed in Widnes.
Hale Bank Parish Council has requested the review because it says it was not consulted properly on the plans before they were passed by Halton Council in September. Savills advised Halton council.
The £46 million proposal was put forward by developer ProLogis.
