By wpengineTorque Logistics has taken 100,000 sq ft of space at Martland Park in Wigan on a sub-let from JJB Sports.
The building, built nine years ago, has eaves of 15-metres and a three-tier mezzanine floor that brings the total floor space to 250,890 sq ft.
CBRE and Littler & Associates acted jointly on behalf of JJB Sports, which is leasing the distribution unit as it is surplus to requirements.
