Supply chain and retail technology firm RedPrairie reckons that more than 45,000 stores and food service outlets worldwide are now using its Enterprise Workforce Management software, representing growth of 30-per cent in 12 the last months.
With the system retailers can deploy a single, integrated suite of applications to drive workforce productivity across the entire retail enterprise – including stores, service centres, distribution centres, call centres, headquarters and manufacturing operations.
