The European Cold Storage and Logistics Association has appointed Hans van Leeuwen to take over from Wim van Bon as its president.
Van Leeuwen intends to focus on increasing membership of the association from its new lobbying office in Brussels.
“I am very happy that ECLSA’s new office in Brussels is now up and running. “Our team of committed professionals is monitoring all legislation in Brussels on a daily basis… We will continue to offer adequate tools like industry surveys and benchmarking to assist in improving the performance of [members]” said van Leeuwen.
Van Bon had served as president for the last two years, and is president of Frigolanda Cold Logistics Group.
