Screwfix Direct has leased a 5,000 sq ft unit at Waterside Trading Estate, Weybridge, on a 10 year lease at a rent of £49,080 per year, with a break at year five.
The property comprises 4,908 sq ft warehouse space which has been extensively refurbished.
Other occupiers on the estate include Benchmarx, City Plumbing and Howdens.
