Logwin has opened its second fashion focused “red carpet logistics” warehouse in Beijing to provide logistics services for its customers in the fashion and lifestyle segment.
“The demand for special logistics solutions for high-quality fashion and lifestyle products is continuing to grow in Asia,” said Helmut Kaspers, chief operating officer at the Logwin business segment Air and Ocean.
The 16,000 sq ft warehouse is situated around 30 kilometers from downtown Beijing, and is six kilometres from the airport.
It features fire alarms and sprinklers as well as CCTV and burglar alarms and provides value added services such as finishing, labelling and the preparation of apparel and accessories.
Logwin’s first fashion focused warehouse opened in Shah Alam near Kuala Lumpur in November 2011. Further fashion warehouses are planned for Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Jakarta.
