Property developer Property Link Midlands is investing £3 million in the refurbishment of the former GKN Driveline manufacturing facility site in Aldridge, Walsall.
The 347,125 sq ft manufacturing complex is located on Middlemore Road West in Aldridge, comprises a multi bay industrial facility including production areas, ancillary workshops and a single storey office extension with car parking. The main industrial facility comprises a four bay production workshop and is located two miles from junction 10 of the M6 motorway.
Property Link Midlands plans to divide the site to suit occupier requirements, with space starting from 5,000 sq ft up to 300,000 sq ft.
Mr Pal Singh of Property Link Midlands said: “We aim to rejuvenate the site into a multi-let business park, creating employment space and good quality office/warehouse and industrial space for local and regional occupiers.”
The site was purchased for an undisclosed sum. DTZ advised.
