IAG Cargo has launched a free iPhone and Android phone application, which allows customers to track and trace air freight documented on Iberia and British Airways World Cargo Air Waybills.
The app also provides full access to information on both brands’ global schedules and networks.
Customers can get real time visibility of their shipments by entering the AWB number or reading the barcode with the smart device’s camera.
Customers can also plan shipments by selecting an origin and destination, the app then displays available flights.
