Developer St Modwen has agreed a two year lease on a 75,000 sq ft shed at its Hilton Business Park in Derbyshire with logistics company Ascott Transport.
This leaves just 13 acres of space immediately available for open storage on the 79-acre park. However, St Modwen has planning for up to 450,000 q ft of warehouse space on a build-to-suit basis.
Hilton Business Park is located less than a mile from the A50 and three miles west of the junction with the A38 at Burnston. Quoting rents are in there region of £5.25 per sq ft.
