Developer ProLogis is negotiating a 29-acre warehouse development in Hertfordshire.
The developer is in talks with East Hertfordshire Council about developing a distribution warehouse facility on a 29-acre site in Buntingford previously occupied by Sainsbury’s.
The current outdated facilities will be knocked down and replaced with one large logistics centre employing up to 600 people which could be built as soon as next year and be up and running by 2015.
Sainsbury’s currently owns the site.
